This book is pretty straight forward and explains exactly what to do to increase your vertical jump. He doesn't promise that it'll be easy, but he does show from personal experience that it's worth it. What a load of Bull!!! Cannot print this or save it to any other format but there is no program and then they want you to pay another 47 dollars for the REAL program. If I buy something even for a 1 dollar I expect to be able to do with it what I want format, print etc. Nothing helpful I'm a basketball player, and this book helped me reach my personal goal of being able to dunk!
Helpful book, definitely recommend. I have a 30 inch vert and can barely squat my own weight. Technique makes a difference the amortization faze where u go from running to jumping needs to be quicker by not getting very low and accelerating for max speed also 1 foot jumpers don't exaggerate the last step step.
